I have to admit this was a guess Hazel, based on the antennae. Which family do you suggest?

Hazel, an expert has identified this as Penostoglossa sp. I'm not entirely sure why you reject this observation as a Psychidae saying this has no characteristics of this family?

you are confusing Psychidea which is a genus and Psychidae which is a family. This is simply not Psychidea sp.
