After recent observations, the author gives some precisions about the distribution of eight insects species from the southern France and Cyprus. Hypera pandellei (Capiomont, 1868) is new for the French Massif Central, Cyanapion alcyoneum (Germar, 1817) and Ixapion variegatum (Wencker, 1864) are new for the Alpes-Maritimes department, and Tenebrio opacus Duftschmid, 1812 for the Corsica and the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence department
