Résumé :

The study of the hybrids between species is of particular interest in biology. In entomology, the hybrids are an essential object of study for the researchers in the comprehension of the mechanisms of speciation but also an object of fascination for the amateurs because of their beauty and their relative scarcity. In France, it is notably the case of the hybrid polonus (P. (L.) bellargus x P. (L.) coridon) and of the hybrid petri (P. (L.) bellargus x P. (L.) hispanus). After having deals with a historic insight of the work devoted to these two hybrids, this article proposes a synthesis of the ground observations led or joined together by the authors. For each hybrid the relative information to their description, with their phenology, their ecology, their distribution on the French territory are exposed. Especially, new information dealing with probable females of the hybrid petri is given and new hypotheses are proposed to explain the frequency of polonus and petri
